Pottery Jürgel
Pottery Jürgel is one of the oldest still producing potteries in Germany. Our goods were still produced of an ancient pottery wheel which is driven by feet. The entire surface is decorated in the traditional way by the help of special nature sponges. All working steps are being carried out by hand and can be observed in our pottery. Gladly we provide factory tours. For bigger groups from 10 until 25 people we should be informed in advance.

German Agriculture museum Castle Blankenhain
The German agriculture museum Castle Blankenhain in the district Zwickau is a museum plant with 80 buildings, unique in Germany, and 100 thematic exhibitions on 11 hectares of surface. The range of the buildings reaches from the original manor with lock up to the garden shed. The emphasis is the representation of the rural life and working sphere as well as agriculture history in the historical Central Germany and the former DDR between 1890 and 1990.
