The quickest way by car is the A4 motorway to Chemnitz, then the A72 direction Hof. Exiit at Stollberg West, direction Zwönitz, Elterlein, Scheibenberg, Crottendorf and Neudorf. When you arrive in Neudorf, you will pass a road signed Oberwiesenthal. 100 m past this junction is the road you want, Am Bahnhof. The house is approximately 50 m on the right before the narrow gauge railway crossing.
